Responsible for supporting timekeeping operations during a system transition by entering and verifying timecard data and serving as a liaison between payroll and operations teams.

Job Requirements:

Experience with administrative data entry and timekeeping systems

Ability to enter and process high volumes of timecard records (approximately 500 weekly)

Strong attention to detail for verifying timecard accuracy

Ability to identify and resolve missing or incorrect entries

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with payroll processes and time tracking systems

Experience working with cross-functional teams, including payroll and operations

Availability for at least a two-month assignment with potential for full-time employment

Job Responsibilities:

Enter weekly timecards into the current timekeeping system for supervisor-level employees

Act as the point of contact for payroll and operations teams to resolve timecard discrepancies

Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing through data validation

Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned based on workload and project needs

Support smooth transition to the new time system implementation



Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour
