The mission of the Payments Senior Specialist is to ensure that payments are made timely, accurately, respecting company policies and compliance. **What you will do** + Process payments daily (manual, batch, payroll, taxes, cash pooling) with compliance and deadlines. + Provide proof of payments, research historical activities, and provide supporting documentation on request. + Forecast payments and monthly funding of all local bank accounts (including intercompany). + Support answers to audit queries, provide assistance and support to other teams. + Participate to project and automation development. + Investigate and solve issues relating to rejected or returned payments. + Actively participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings. **What you need** Required: + Degree in Business and Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field + Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in Accounts payable or Accounting + Fluency in English + Familiar with Sarbanes Oxley Act and/or internal control concepts. Preferred: + Experience in payments/cash management + Familiar with USGAAP + Experience in a multinational or shared service center Pay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.
