 Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersAnalyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyExpertise in payments cash management including payments processing systems and blockchain distributed ledger technology; enthusiastic about technology and building innovative payment solutions Experience in new business and change management initiatives, ensuring efficient product development with clear accountability and stakeholder engagement Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience and interest in the institutional digital assets ecosystem and public blockchains Understanding of international markets from a digital payments, FX, securities and treasury perspective Experience working in a fast paced, highly cross functional organizationDemonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
