As a Senior Product Associate in Treasury Services Cross Currency Product Development, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.  Job responsibilitiesPartners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discoveryConsiders and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experienceSupports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customersCollaborate with Technology partners on product enhancements requirements and troubleshooting when product issues are raisedMaintain product roadmap and prioritized backlog that guides development efforts and ensures alignment with the product visionSupport the end to end product development lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, testing and launch Support management in implementing solutions to mitigate risk associated with cross currency payment products and services Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycleWrites the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaProficient knowledge of the product development life cycleExperience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definitionDeveloping knowledge of data analytics and data literacyStrong analytical skills Ability to develop collaborative relationships with business stakeholdersCuriosity to dig into data to identify root cause and efficiency opportunities Creative problem solver Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior and translate business objectives into quantifiable metricsProficiency in Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
