Payments Change Management Analyst

Payments Change Management Analyst is an intermediate level role responsible for analyzing complex data in coordination with the Transaction Services team.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Ability to understand complex processes and drive pain point identification and re-engineering opportunities.
+ Define tasks' scope and deliverables that support project goals in collaboration with stakeholders.
+ Communicate effectively the Global Process Excellence initiatives expectations to stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
+ Manage expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
+ Identify and manage initiative dependencies and critical path.
+ Plan and schedule initiative milestones using appropriate tools.
+ Deliver and maintain progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations.
+ Analyze results and troubleshoot problem areas.
+ Manage changes in initiative scope, identifying potential crises.
+ Candidate will operate within a team environment, managing the Global Process Excellence program portfolio across Services Operations.
+ Establishes a structure and strong operational process framework through a discovery process mapping methodology, change management governance and ongoing lean mind set culture.
+ Enables a re-engineering full package from continuous discovery through process diagnosis (also risk related), opportunities identification & proposals for improvement.
+ Ensure the design process flows and process documentation standards in cooperation with management and user personnel.
+ Define, assess, design and recommend process improvements and technology upgrades for implementation, to meet business objectives.
+ Analyze and identify opportunities for business process improvements through different re-engineering techniques across Services Operations.
+ Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements
+ Work with management to identify business need requirements, processes, and risks.
+ Accomplish with goals established by Management
**Qualifications:**
+ 2-5 years’ experience in bank services.
+ Fundamental comprehension of financial industry regulations
+ Effective verbal and written skills
+ Effective communication and analytical skills
+ Effective PowerPoint & excel skills
**Education:**
+ Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred
