As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Payment Rails, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.
Job responsibilitiesCollaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficienciesSupports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirementsRaises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resourcesLeads product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordinationEffectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners Demonstrate subject matter expertise on product design to ensure all products adhere to internal and external standards and regulations, working closely with product teams, regions and controls partners.Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for underlying capabilities, tools and features to support ongoing operating hygiene of Payments Rails products.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Provide regular reports to senior management on product performance, compliance status, and strategic initiatives.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain areaDemonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain areaExperience executing operational management and change readiness activitiesExperience in product deployment processes Familiarity with Payments, regulatory environment, risk and controls.Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processesExperience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies Ability to effectively communicate risk-related information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsDeveloped knowledge of the product development life cycleCreative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions in a complex tech environment.Ability to use data to tell stories and drive behavior, and translate business objectives into quantifiable metrics.Expert at creating management communications, presenting to large audience.
