What the day will look like + Preparing and banking premium deposits to assigned invoices + Return credit premiums or unidentified funds to clients + Evidence gathering for unidentified deposits + Co-ordinate and maintain incoming communications with internal and external clients linked to the role + Oversee and process allocation for exact and non- exact invoices + Organise and action overdue payment reminder notifications + Collection of unpaid premium and fee invoices + Middle tier support to Finance for unclaimed monies + Ensuring tight daily deadlines are consistently met with minimal errors + Support new initiatives linked to NZ Payment Operations + Genpact audit monthly tasks How this opportunity is different We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Payment Operations Specialist at Aon Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities.
