Payment Operations Specialist - Hybrid / Needham, MA

Our client, a community bank, is seeking two Payment Operations Specialists for contract assignments running through early next year. These roles will begin onsite in Needham, with the option to work from home 1-2 days per week after training.

Responsibilities:

Process and monitor ACH transactions, check exceptions, and other payment activitiesAssist with wire transfers, positive pay, and account set-up/maintenanceEnsure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal proceduresResearch and resolve payment issues in a timely mannerSupport audits, reporting, and special projects as needed

Qualifications:
