Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Payer Maintenance Coordinator to join their team. As a Payer Maintenance Coordinator, you will be part of the operations supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Payer Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Remote

Pay Range: $34-$38/hr

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm 

What's the Job?

Accurately input and maintain payer data to support claims processing and billing accuracy. Review and validate payer contracts, rate tables, and related documentation for completeness. Maintain contract records in internal systems including Salesforce Support EHR and provider onboarding by ensuring payer configurations are correctly mapped. Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, SPPs, Commercial Liaisons, and Billing Vendors to clarify data issues and implement corrections.

Proven experience in data management and analysis. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues. Familiarity with compliance standards and documentation requirements.
