Job Description
The Paycom Consultant will provide expert support for several key modules including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Analytics and Reporting, and HR Management. This role requires a deep understanding of Paycom software to manage the modules within the system. Team needs support on how to effectively operate the ATS, reporting module, performance management module, and create SOPs. Support compliance and strategic decision-making through real-time dashboards and customizable reports. Additionally, the consultant will integrate data and documents, automate benefits enrollment and compliance tasks, and utilize tools such as personnel action forms and document checklists.
ResponsibilitiesAudit and clean up existing Paycom data, including job titles, documents, and reporting structures.Streamline and simplify the process of adding documents and pulling reports.Develop and implement a standardized SOP for Paycom usage across departments.Provide hands-on training and support to HR and operations staff.Provide support for real-time dashboards and customizable reports to aid compliance and strategic decision-making.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand workflows and system pain points.Digitally collect and automate workflows for new hire documents during onboarding.Centralize employee data and documents, automating benefits enrollment and compliance tasks.Utilize personnel action forms and document checklists effectively.Essential SkillsProven experience in Paycom implementation and integration.Proven experience working with Paycom, including system configuration, reporting, and document management.Strong understanding of HRIS systems and HR operations.Experience developing SOPs and training materials.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExpertise in analytics and reporting.Strong understanding of HR management processes.Prior experience in system integration or HRIS migration projects.Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies.Work Environment
This role will require the first week onsite to see the pain points of Paycom. After first week will need to occasionally travel to Des Moines for training purposes, but offers flexibility for remote work.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60.00 - $70.00/hr.
