Responsibilities:

•    Provide technical support to production, including: Continuously develop and standardize operation parameters and procedures to achieve maximum revenue generation throughputs with the best overhead and labour efficiency at the lowest cost of goods sold.
•    Support on Buyoff and qualify new equipment after installation and commissioning.
•    Define and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs), product and material specifications, process parameters and work instructions for the full production chain from material supply to finished goods dispatch, including module, card rework, banking cards and card printing operations.
•    Design and implement the best process and material flow to maximize revenue generation.
•    Study and improve ergonomics for every working station. Define and implement action plans to increase capacity, improve bottleneck, increase flow rate, reduce inventory, and minimize process costs.
•    Foresee thus eliminate potential defects and problems during manufacturing processes. Analyse all process problems during manufacturing with the quality department and lead, if necessary, machines or process modifications
•    Participate in the machines and process failure analysis.
•    Train and develop operators and technicians constantly.
•    Provide the production tools to manufacturing product planned.
•    Define contingent rework operations and the corresponding rework tools and justify the financial interest of such operations. 
•    You will analyse and evaluate yield and scrap, process capability, products, and processes.
•    You will plan and execute engineering studies, evaluations, and experiments in order to improve process quality, capability, stability, equipment throughput and the production’s total cycle time, total costs and production support efficiency and effectiveness.
•    You will participate in cost reduction and quality improvement projects.
•    You will identify and document issues related to the product, process and quality, and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non-conformity related to the product, process, and quality system.
•    You will lead special projects as specified.

Requirements:
•    To succeed at this job, you must have experience with Microsoft Office, programming and Visual Basic, strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of DOE, SPC, FMEA, QM, CPF and other related trainings.
•    It would be preferred if you have knowledge of manufacturing information systems such as MFGPro or Oracle in a highly automated environment.
•    You must be fluent in English.
•    We would like someone to join our team who is a team player, dynamic, analytical, positive, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
•    You must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 
•    We are looking for someone with 3 - 4 years of experience in process engineering in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
