If you're calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and love being at the center of the action, this is the job for you! As a Patrol Dispatcher, you’ll be a critical part of the Ski Patrol team, coordinating emergency responses, logging activity, and keeping communication flowing between on-mountain teams and base operations.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the communication hub for Ski Patrol, responding to radio calls and dispatching resources

Log patrol activities, incidents, and rescues in real time

Monitor weather and avalanche conditions, and relay updates to relevant teams

Coordinate with mountain operations, lift maintenance, and guest services during emergencies

Maintain clear, calm, and professional communication over radio, phone, and in person

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Previous dispatching, communications, or emergency response experience (preferred)

Strong computer and data entry skills

Ability to remain calm and collected under stress

Familiarity with two-way radios and resort/mountain operations

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early/late shifts as needed
