We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Engineer to join our team in Huntsville, AL to support the Patriot program with emphasis on the Tactical Command System (TCS), Battery Command Post (BCP), and Reconfigurable Tactical Command System (R-TCS).

What You Will Do:

Support surge fielding events and RESET activities, ensuring Patriot subsystems are prepared, delivered, and integrated to meet mission readiness.Oversee warehouse operations and management, including accountability of government-furnished and Patriot program material.Perform critical logistics functions such as completing DD1149s, processing Requests for Material (RFMs), executing the RTX export process, supporting Packaging, Handling, Storage & Transportation (PHS&T), and providing kitting and assembly support to Patriot subsystems.Manage the accountability and traceability of Patriot material and equipment in accordance with government property regulations and RTX processes.Generate training materials, conduct Formal Qualification Tests (FQTs), and support technology refresh and obsolescence management initiatives.Develop and maintain the Technical Data Package (TDP) in support of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and upgrade releases.Provide direct technical support to the warfighter and train personnel on new equipment to ensure integration and operational readiness.Participate in peer reviews, resolve identified issues, and interface with the Integrated Product Team (IPT) and Systems Engineering leadership.Travel to Patriot sites as required to support testing, upgrades, training, and fielding activities.


Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum 5 years prior relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree and minimum 3 years’ experience.Experience with the Patriot Product Line (i.e. Recapitalization, Reset, Sustainment, Modifications, Troubleshoot, resolve faults with the Patriot Radar and/or other Patriot subsystems).Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance. ​


Qualifications We Prefer:

Proficiency with logistics processes such as DD1149s, Requests for Material (RFMs), and PHS&T.Experience reviewing and understanding Technical Data Packages and Product Data Management (PDM).Demonstrated knowledge of export compliance and material movement processes.Strong skills with Microsoft Office products.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and produce accurate documentation under deadline pressures.Security+ or equivalent security-related certification.Experience with Linux, UNIX, and Windows operating systems.

 Clearance Information: This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
