Join our team as a Program Quality Lead supporting the Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS)-Product Support (PS) business involving depot repair & maintenance and logistics solutions for Patriot ESM (Engineering Service Memorandum) program at Huntsville, AL.  The selected candidate will have a dual role as the Quality lead and Compliance Guide for Warehouse operations for this program, driving robust quality culture, practices, and collaboration efforts.   You will ensure the program meets all QMS Quality Management System requirements and maintain the current knowledge of Raytheon’s Command Media for Policies and procedures to effectively implement it for both Quality and Warehouse operations functions.  The role will lead Quality aspects from Program Proposal stage to completing all the contractual deliveries working with the cross functional team. You will act as the voice of the customer to independently assure mission success. Some travel (25%) may be required to oversee activity at field sites.

What You Will Do:

Interface with the program teams, customers, and cross-functional organizations, aiding technical quality performance and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.Interpret command media and ensure compliance in work being performed at the site. Stay current with STAGES / Harmonized processesMonitor, lead Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) activities and ensure effective RCCA.Support in Program Quality Planning tasks such as proposals, budget tracking and EAC.Perform incoming, in-process and outbound verification against drawing requirements as well as system validations both onsite and in the field with customers.Participate and assist during audits for both Quality and Warehouse operation functionPlan and coordinate customer/contractually required quality auditsMaintain positive relationships with the programs, cross-functional program stakeholders, suppliers, customers, and government representatives.Compliance guidance for Inventory Support and Management, Packaging, Handling, Shipping and Transportation.Work with the customer on Quality requirements to aid customer and Raytheon needsManage Customer Concerns (i.e. GCARS) and program customer complaintsAble to travel at a minimum of 25%.

Qualification You Must Have:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and five (5) years of relevant experience in the areas below.Working experience with ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 Quality Management Systems.Working experience translating external and internal requirements and command media.Experience building interpersonal and business relationshipsExperience interpreting and validating hardware against drawing requirementsExperience conducting audits, monitoring/leading Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA).Experience working independently with minimal direction.Working experience using PRISM, cPDM, RCAS toolsExperienced partnering with USG customerThe ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance prior to the start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience with contract requirements and compliance.Experience with procurement process and supplier requirement flow down, supplier engagement discussions of Q-notes and Drawing requirements, supplier nonconformances, Rework/Repair disposition, Return-to-Vendor process.Experience using Corrective Action Systems RCAS, NetInspect, and other quality/logistic resources.Experience in hardware validation and verificationExperience achieving goals and striving for continuous improvement.Experience with Process Re-invention Integrating Systems for Manufacturing (PRISM) or SAP.Experience using sound judgement and applying resolution-making skills with appropriate supervisory intervention.Experience communicating verbally and in written communications and networking with other stakeholders and customers

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
