Job Description Summary

The candidate will be responsible for performing operations for Patient Support Programs. Responsibilities include activities such as receiving in-bound calls and performing out-bound calls, maintaining patients’ information, drafting correspondence, and reporting adverse events. The candidate will take management responsibility for timely follow-up with patients and for the flawless implementation of all IQVIA’s patient support program.

Key responsibilities Welcoming the patients who are willing to be enrolled in PSP program with verbally consenting them and introducing them to the related program to their disease.Inform patients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.Maintains communication and quality of the program by reporting problems either adverse events related to the products or quality technical complaints accompanied by using the devices.Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines, recommending improved procedures.Capable of instructing others to provide them with a healthier way of life.Provides necessary coaching to reduce or eliminate behaviors that are considered high-risk.Register new patients on the platform specialized for the program.Submitting all patients’ complaints whether adverse event or quality complaints accompanied by assigned products of the program.Timely and accurate response to patient needs and inquiries, ensuring assistance within the required approved script.Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients.Maintains safety needs and follows proper communications protocol in case of an emergency.Accurately captures patient details following telephone interactions.
