**R2817286 Patient Solutions Manager, MYSG** + Location: _MY / Petaling Jaya - Selangor Darul Ehsan_ + _Job Type: Fulltime, Permanent_ **About the Job** As a Patient Program Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of Sanofi’s commitment to patient care, ensuring timely, ethical, and effective delivery of patient support services. You will manage operations related to Patient Programs (PP), designed to improve treatment adherence and patient outcomes post-prescription. The role bridges patient engagement, compliance, operational oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. We chase the miracles of science to improve people’s lives. In our Specialty Care business, we aim to provide targeted therapeutic solutions and personalized care. With your expertise, we can further support patients and their families throughout their treatment journey and create sustainable healthcare impact across the region. **Main Responsibilities** + Implement and oversee day-to-day Patient Program operations, ensuring full alignment with Sanofi SOPs, compliance standards, and country-specific healthcare regulations. + Collaborate with external service providers to deliver high-quality patient education, adherence monitoring, and care coordination. + Evaluate program performance and continuously enhance patient experience and outcomes through process improvements. + Manage additional support programs including Dry Blood Spot (DBS) diagnostics, High Risk Testing, and e-consent processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. + Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Medical, Regulatory, PV, PPL Manager) and external providers to ensure aligned and compliant execution of support programs. + Ensure accurate data reporting and timely communication of any Adverse Events (AEs) and Product Technical Complaints (PTCs) within 1 working day to the appropriate teams. + Monitor and enforce strict adherence to data privacy and compliance policies, ensuring no direct handling of patient data by Sanofi employees. + Support continuous improvement through gap analysis, stakeholder feedback, and innovation proposals in patient engagement strategies. **About You** + Experience in patient support programs, pharmaceutical or healthcare setting + Familiar with healthcare regulations, patient privacy standards, and compliance frameworks + Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including coordination with HCPs and third-party vendors + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage large datasets + Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills + Collaborative mindset with ability to lead and work within cross-functional teams + Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, or Social Work + Fluent in English **Why Choose Us?** + Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team. + Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally. + Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact. + Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs and at least 14 weeks’ gender-neutral parental leave. **Pursue Progress.
