Cleveland Clinic is offering an exciting opportunity for students looking to enter the patient services side of hospital care. This summer role will provide knowledge and experience when it comes to delivering exceptional assistance at the concierge desk. Working alongside Patient Service Specialists, you will have the support and guidance you need to ensure your summer role is meaningful and rewarding.
This is a summer-based role for students. A caregiver in this position works 8:00am to 5:00pm or 12:00pm to 8:00pm.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Take direction from an assigned supervisor or leader. Assist with administrative, clerical, patient service or operational support duties. Follow all department procedures and guidelines. Complete daily assignments, projects or tasks. Maintain equipment, files and databases. Participate in performance improvement activities or meetings that recommend actions to improve results. Assist with patient service functions once trained and assigned.Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
