Summary We are seeking a highly organized and patient‑focused Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support multiple outpatient specialty departments, including ENT, OBGYN, and Urgent Care. This role involves patient check‑ins, scheduling, multi‑service coordination, insurance review, and accurate documentation within a high‑volume clinical setting.
