What You'll Do Evaluate and enhance service levels for the Patient Services Program to exceed patient and customer satisfaction.Oversee Sodexo’s Patient Dining Program, including daily meal rounding and service recovery.Collaborate with clinical, food service, and interdisciplinary teams to elevate the patient experience.Conduct tray assessments to ensure food quality, presentation, and accuracy.Maintain compliance with Sodexo’s gold check standards and support successful regulatory inspections. Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
