Join our high-volume ambulatory clinic as a Patient Services Coordinator II, where you'll be the primary interface between patients and providers. Under the general supervision of the Group Practice Administrator, you'll manage scheduling, front desk operations, and administrative support to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Job Summary
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using Epic; manage referrals and pre-visit documentation.- Perform check-in/check-out functions, collect co-pays, and reconcile petty cash.
- Coordinate MOHS surgical appointments and slide requests.
- Prepare charts and paperwork for clinic sessions; print provider notes and manage insurance referrals.
- Collaborate with nursing and physicians to streamline scheduling and resolve workflow issues.
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.Experience: At least 1 year in a healthcare or medical office setting.Skills:Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with scheduling and billing systemsAbility to work independently and under pressure
