What You'll Do: + Serve as a super-user for EPIC systems, providing practice support and handling miscellaneous work queues. + Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure seamless care delivery. + Foster a welcoming environment, making every patient feel valued and heard. + Manage patient records, insurance information, and billing processes with accuracy and confidentiality. + Be a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication. What We're Looking For: + High School Diploma or GED. + Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office setting. + Proficiency in EPIC systems and understanding of CPT and ICD9-CM coding. + Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively in a diverse team.
