What You'll Do: Serve as a super-user for EPIC systems, providing practice support and handling miscellaneous work queues. Coordinate patient appointments, referrals, and follow-ups to ensure seamless care delivery. Foster a welcoming environment, making every patient feel valued and heard. Manage patient records, insurance information, and billing processes with accuracy and confidentiality. Be a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff to facilitate effective communication. What We're Looking For: High School Diploma or GED. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical office setting. Proficiency in EPIC systems and understanding of CPT and ICD9-CM coding. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
