As a Patient Services Representative I, you will be the first point of contact for patients by providing professional and welcoming service. This role involves patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection while ensuring HIPAA compliance and a positive patient experience.Responsibilities:Greet and register patients in a professional and courteous mannerHandle patient calls, schedule/reschedule appointments, and address inquiriesVerify insurance eligibility and obtain required authorizations or referralsCollect copays, deductibles, and outstanding balances at the time of serviceCheck patients in and out, maintain accurate records, and support general office dutiesQualifications and Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of 6 months in a medical front office, patient registration, or scheduling role; OR 2 years of direct customer service experienceStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and EMR systemsBilingual English/Spanish preferredBenefits and Perks:$18.74 per hourMedical, Dental, and Vision insurance401(k) retirement planTraining & Growth opportunitiesYour New Organization:
