Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.Provide general clerical support to the clinic staff, such as processing, sorting, and route incoming and outgoing mailWelcome and greet patients and visitors in a professional manner. Assist with wayfinding and escorting patients to their appointments.Gathering and distributing clinic supplies.Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of waiting rooms, exam rooms, and other clinic public spacesStocking carts and restocking clinical exam rooms; checking for expired suppliesCommunicate regularly with staff to determine needed areas of assistanceAssist with patient registration form managementWork alongside job coach/guide to help determine tasks/duties assigned.Responsible for daily maintenance of workspace and following environmental health cleaning guidelines.Responsible for following Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines.Responsible for other duties or projects as assigned by management.Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
