Description We are looking for a dedicated Patient Service Representative to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position that requires strong communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. The role involves providing essential support to patients and ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Responsibilities: • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, averaging 60–80 daily. • Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving inquiries. • Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing patient needs. • Perform accurate data entry to maintain patient records and appointment details. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. • Uphold compliance with healthcare policies and regulations. • Maintain professionalism and empathy during patient interactions. Requirements • Previous experience in patient scheduling or call center customer service. • Strong ability to assist patients with registration and scheduling needs. • Proficiency in handling high call volumes while maintaining quality service. • Familiarity with healthcare systems and patient services. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to work effectively in an office environment, Monday through Friday. • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
