communication among patients healthcare providers and clinical staff ensuring smooth and efficient office operationsServes patients by greeting them answering routine questions registering patients and maintaining records and accountsHandles a high volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently scheduling appointments and verifying insurances to ensure timely accurate friendly and clinically appropriate patient accessPerforms daily administrative and operational duties including transcription of referrals managing registration work queues and maintaining work listsResponds to incoming correspondence from patients caregivers healthcare providers and beyond in accordance with patient privacy and safety standardsThis role provides coverage at other offices bringing variety to your
