Overview
The Patient Registration Representative will enjoy interacting with patients, checking them in for their appointments and coordinating follow up appointments. The Patient Registration Representative will accurately perform administrative duties required for patient registration, including entering demographic and insurance information and collecting copays. As a liaison to patients, the community, and healthcare professionals, this position requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure delivery of the highest quality customer service.
