About the Patient Recruitment team

The Patient Recruitment team designs and delivers strategies to identify, engage and retain patients in clinical trials.

You will work closely with clinical operations, data science, technology and marketing teams to ensure studies meet enrollment targets and timelines.

As a Patient Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials. You will oversee execution, monitor performance and work directly with clients and project teams.

This is a delivery-focused role with direct impact on study success.

What you will do:

Lead the execution of patient recruitment and retention plansAct as the main point of contact for clients on recruitment deliveryMonitor study performance and adjust strategies to improve resultsCoordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholdersEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standardsManage project scope, risks and financial performanceSupport client meetings and provide guidance to study sitesContribute to process improvements and share best practices

What you bring:

Experience in project management including timelines and budgetsExperience working directly with clients or external stakeholdersKnowledge of clinical trials and drug developmentUnderstanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirementsAbility to work with data and interpret performance metricsStrong organization, problem-solving and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a global environment

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (or equivalent experience)3–6 years of relevant industry experience
