You will work closely with clinical operations, data science, technology and marketing teams to ensure studies meet enrollment targets and timelines. As a Patient Recruitment Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery of recruitment and retention strategies for clinical trials. You will oversee execution, monitor performance and work directly with clients and project teams. This is a delivery-focused role with direct impact on study success. **What you will do:** + Lead the execution of patient recruitment and retention plans + Act as the main point of contact for clients on recruitment delivery + Monitor study performance and adjust strategies to improve results + Coordinate activities across internal teams and external stakeholders + Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to quality standards + Manage project scope, risks and financial performance + Support client meetings and provide guidance to study sites + Contribute to process improvements and share best practices **What you bring:** + Experience in project management including timelines and budgets + Experience working directly with clients or external stakeholders + Knowledge of clinical trials and drug development + Understanding of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements + Ability to work with data and interpret performance metrics + Strong organization, problem-solving and communication skills + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (or equivalent experience) + 3–6 years of relevant industry experience **What to expect** + Exposure to global clinical trials across multiple therapeutic areas + Collaboration with cross-functional teams including data science, technology and marketing + Opportunities to develop expertise in patient recruitment + Career development within a global organization **Additional information** + Occasional travel may be required IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time).
