Position Summary
The Patient Outreach Specialist is responsible for ensuring online leads attend a new patient appointment at LifeClinic. They are also an essential component of our customer experience. Patient Outreach Specialist’s understand that they are more than “sales”, they are the first impression a lead has of LifeClinic and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. Their motivation stems from helping our patients achieve the highest levels of success. Patient Outreach Specialist’s understand that the sales process itself is a choreographed experience that should have the lead excited to come on board.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Executes thorough lead follow up cadences via email, chat and phone Maintain records within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system) Collaborate with the leadership team to provide feedback and formulate ideas on how to best serve our clientsMinimum Required Qualifications
