**_What Patient Navigator contributes to Cardinal Health_** Practice Operations Management oversees the business and administrative operations of a medical practice. Patient Navigators focus exclusively on the needs of patients and help resolve concerns about the quality of care so they can feel all their needs are being met. This position will work with multiple departments inside and outside the organization to address the patient’s needs and concerns. **_Responsibilities_** + Performs assessment of patient care needs for new and ongoing patients. + Work with physician and clinical office to facilitate, coordinate and ensure patient has access to available resources. + Serve as an essential link between patients and all other providers.
