Sodexo is seeking a Patient Experience Manager 3 at UnityPoint Health - Iowa Methodist Medical Center located in Des Moines, IA.
This individual is responsible for the execution of the patient room service program and managing a call center for both North memorial campuses. The position will use Sodexo tools and processes and integrate them with patient experience program at Unity Point to create a great patient experience. As a team Sodexo leaders will work with the staff of Unity Point to drive staff and patient engagement, while working with leadership both inside the department and within the hospital.
