Escort - Full Time
Schedule: Day Shift – 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (with an every other weekend commitment)

Position Purpose:
St. Francis Hospital, a member of Trinity Health Mid Atlantic is looking for an experienced Escort to join our Central Transport team!
What You Will Do:
The escort/clerk position is responsible for the safe and courteous transport of patients and additional items such as IV poles and O2 tanks from Nursing Units to diagnostic/treatment areas. They must also return patients to the appropriate Nursing unit. The escort/clerk is also responsible for monitoring the integrity of wheelchairs and stretchers, reporting any unsafe conditions to appropriate personnel. When not escorting patients, this position functions as a clerk. In this capacity, the clerk is required to answer the phone, utilize office equipment such as fax machines and copiers. The escort/clerk must also retrieve files and reports and re-file same. The clerk is expected to have a thorough understanding of the Radiology Information System and Radiology Imaging system.Minimum Qualifications:
