**Job Description**
**To serve as a customer service liaison between Kaleida Health and the customers it services. To perform clerical tasks for department and/or support for assigned manager or supervisor.**
**Education And Credentials**
High School Diploma required.
**Experience**
**Excellent customer service, consultative, and listening skills. Background of medical terminology required. One year of clinical laboratory experience that included knowledge of wide scope of various clinical laboratory tests, terminology and application of information. Previous customer service experience preferred. Experience using Personal Computers, Fax machine, printer, copier, scanner, telephone system required. Must successfully complete the data entry and Windows XP tests.**

**Salary Range:** $20.78 -$30.98
