All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** **As Needed for Coverage / Per Diem** **Shift:** **Days: 6:45am - 7:15pm, w/rotating weekends and holidays** **Location: AdventHealth Hinsdale Hospital** **120 N OAK ST, Hinsdale, 60521** **The role you'll contribute:** Performs basic and advanced validated clinical and non-clinical patient care activities as delegated by supervising nurse in assigned area **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Other duties as assigned. + Supports nursing staff with patient care tasks. + Monitors and reports patient conditions. + Ensures proper functioning and maintenance of medical equipment. + Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members. + Follows safety and infection control protocols. + Participates in training and development activities. + Maintains clean and orderly patient rooms. + Assists patients with personal care and activities of daily living. + Reports findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. + Documents necessary records accurately and timely. + Aids with movement and placement of patients.
