Dialysis Patient Care Technician - Outpatient settingHurricane, UT

Teammate may float to nearby clinics of St. George, Cedar City, and Mesquite.

**Hiring for a May 2026 start date**

Training for first 3 months - Mon/Wed/Fri 4:45am-4:45pm.

Schedule overview post-training: Mon/Wed/Fri 30-34 hours per week. Shifts begin as early as 4:45am, latest end 4:45pm. Shifts range from 10-12 hours scheduled in advance.

Support Staff: Teammate will work with 1 other PCT and at least 2 RNs.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis careMonitor patients before, during, and after treatmentSet up and maintain dialysis equipmentRecord vital signs and patient dataEducate patients on treatment and kidney healthCollaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalentComfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipmentPhysically able to work long shifts on your feetWilling to float between local clinics if neededFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
