Dialysis Shift Times & Requirements – PCT Role

Schedule requirements and details:

Must be flexible and able to work rotating shiftsSchedule restrictions cannot be accommodatedmust be willing to cover needs at other nearby clinics Work schedules are always provided in advance to support Work-Life-Balance Work Days: Monday through SaturdayWeekends: Required to work 2 Saturdays per month; No Sunday shifts

 3:30a-12p 4:30a-12p  4:30a-4:30p  8a-5:30p 12p-8:30p

TTS open 3:30a-11a 6:30a- 8:30p

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis careMonitor patients before, during, and after treatmentSet up and maintain dialysis equipmentRecord vital signs and patient dataEducate patients on treatment and kidney healthCollaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

High school diploma or GEDComfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipmentPhysically able to work long shifts on your feetWilling to float between local clinics if neededFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
