-NO dialysis OR medical experience is required! (Paid in depth training is provided!)

-The only requirement for this role is a completed GED or high school diploma from an accredited school. (Documentation to support education completion is required during onboarding)

About our PCT position:

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis careMonitor patients before, during, and after treatmentSet up and maintain dialysis equipmentRecord vital signs and patient dataEducate patients on treatment and kidney healthCollaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members

Requirements

High school diploma or GEDComfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipmentPhysically able to work long shifts on your feetWilling to float between local clinics if neededFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
