What can you expect in our patient care technician role?

Joining DaVita as Patient Care Technician (PCT) is an exciting opportunity to jump start your career in the health care industry.  With paid, extensive training, you will gain the skills needed to care for our patients and build a network of other health care professionals. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

RequirementsAccredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalentComfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipmentPhysically able to work long shifts on your feetWilling to float between local clinics if neededFlexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidaysPreferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
