Description Patient Care Representative We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Representative to join our team in Englewood, Colorado. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring a seamless experience for patients by managing front desk operations and providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities: • Coordinate patient scheduling by arranging appointments in line with established procedures. • Serve as a key point of contact between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring compassionate communication. • Manage payment transactions, including collecting co-pays and issuing receipts. • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of waiting and reception areas, promptly addressing any issues. • Verify insurance coverage and benefits with health insurance providers. • Support the organization and maintenance of patient medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Requirements • Proven ability to multitask efficiently and communicate effectively with diverse individuals. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks. • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is preferred. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required. • Understanding of basic medical terminology. • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a medical or receptionist role.
