Hiring for a Patient Concierge for a TOP Plastic Surgeons office in New York City!

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and approachable individual to serve as the Patient Concierge in a plastic surgery office. This role is pivotal as the first face seen by patients, requiring a 'can do' attitude and flexibility. The position will primarily cover the evening shift from 11am to 7pm, but flexibility for any 8-hour shift between 7am and 7pm, Monday through Friday, is essential. Occasionally, some Saturdays may be optional for additional hours.

ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and hospitality to all patients.Manage patient scheduling and physician schedules efficiently.Check in patients and handle data entry tasks accurately.Discuss plastic surgery terms with proficiency.Perform sales-related tasks and administrative support.Handle prior authorization processes.Essential SkillsProven experience in customer service and hospitality.Strong communication skills.Ability to manage schedules for physicians.Proficiency in discussing plastic surgery terms.Experience with EMR systems and administrative support.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience working in a medical office as a front desk or patient associate.Experience in a hospitality setting where exceptional customer service was required.Plastic surgery experience is ideal.Work Environment

This position is based on-site at a plastic surgery office, offering a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Work hours are 8 hours per day, starting between 8am and 11am. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $33.65/hr.
