Patient Care Coordinator
Front Desk & Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Facility Location: Detroit, Mi Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Friday until 4:30 PM) Lunch Break: 30 minutes Training: Initial training may take place at the Rochester Hills facility Position Overview: We are seeking friendly, patient, and outgoing individuals to join a dynamic healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others, and communicates well with both patients and team members. Key Responsibilities: + Handle all incoming and outgoing calls + Greet and assist walk-in patients + Verify insurance and call doctor offices to confirm appointments + Take prescription requests and manage filing tasks + Collaborate with multiple team members to ensure smooth operations Required Skills: + Customer service and communication + Empathy and professionalism + Insurance verification + Experience in healthcare or front desk roles is a plus Experience Level: Entry Level – Training provided If you’re energetic, a great communicator, and ready to make a difference in a healthcare setting, we’d love to hear from you! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
