Patient and Family Advocacy & Interpreter Services Manager

Work Schedule: 

100% FTE, full-time. Day shift, M-F 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. You will work 1415 E State St Clinic in Rockford, IL.

 

Additional components of compensation may include:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering or other health related field RequiredCertification of successful completion of 40 hours or more of medical interpreter training in Spanish from a nationally recognized organization OR a degree in Medical Interpreting. RequiredMaster’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Industrial Engineering or other health related field. Preferred

 

Work Experience:

Five (5) years of experience working in health care. RequiredTwo (2) years of experience in developing and sustaining programs. RequiredExperience working with the public. RequiredPrevious management experience. RequiredExperience working with the public in a clinical setting. PreferredThree (3) years of management experience in a healthcare environment, preferably focused on patient experience with a proven track record of success. Preferred
