Responsibilities
Moniter and collect on all self pay accounts for all markets - Bryan, Lufkin, Kentucky, Tennessee, and Houston
Reviewing and moving patient accounts through the 120 day collections process.Review all self pay accounts for paymentsEnsure the patient received the automated calls and final notices Update any demograhpic and insurance information Check billing processdure for Medicaid patients Review account for correct applied self-pay discountHigh balance outbound calling on for self-pay accountsAssists with reviewing accounts prior to being turned to collectionsOther duties as assignedQualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:
