**Responsibilities for a Patient Account Analyst include but are not limited to:**
+ Obtain authorizations in a timely and efficient manner for scheduled patients.
+ Provide accurate cost estimates to patients prior to the start of treatment.
+ Scrub the Daily Appointment Report (DAR) to ensure all patients have active authorizations on file.
+ Assist with claims reimbursement for patients with grants.
+ Collaborate closely with the remote team and receive training from the Senior PAA.
**Candidates for Patient Account Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:**
+ High School Diploma / GED (or higher).
+ Previous **medical billing experience** and **authorization knowledge** .
+ Ability to navigate major payor portals efficiently.
+ Oncology experience preferred (not required).
+ Business casual dress code; in-person interview required.

+ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
+ Location: Onsite at either MC or Bay Area Cancer Center.

**Pay Details:** $34.52 to $50.06 per hour
