Patient Access Specialist - Elbow Lake Job Details Job Location Elbow Lake Medical Center - ELBOW LAKE, MN Secondary Job Location(s) Morris Medical Center - Morris, MN Position Type 72 Hours Biweekly Salary Range $18.17 - $23.20 Hourly Job Category Billing and Registration Description The Patient Access Specialist is responsible for maintaining patient rights by educating patients; responding to patient and patient family complaints; resolving patient issues; reporting unresolved issues. They will help patients with applying for insurance coverage. Getting prior authorization needed for procedures from insurances. Getting approval for swing bed stays. Hours/Shifts 72 hours biweekly at Elbow Lake and Morris locations. Compensation Hourly Wage Range: $18.17 - $23.20. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
