Patient Access Representative Supervisor 

Responsible for coordination and supervision of the Registration, Emergency Department, coordinates and schedules staff across multiple areas. Oversees developing and enforcing policies and procedures, monitoring the accuracy of registration and scheduling data entered by associates. Ensures that proper patient experience protocols are followed, monitors in basket pools, and clears issues in various registration and billing work queues, and manages the overall training and coordination of work for the department.

Principal Accountabilities:

Ensures the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations. Responsible for adequate staffing and overage in all Patient Access areas. Ensures a high level of quality service provided to patients. Responsible for continuing staff education and training. Offers guidance to employees related to Point-of-Service collective activity. Develops, recommends and implements policies and procedures for the department. Interviews and makes hiring decisions to maintain adequate staffing in the department. Provides timely performance improvement feedback and coaching. Performs other related duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Full time, Evenings Monday- Friday (3pm-11pm) Every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
