About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer‑focused Patient Service Representative to join our clinical support team. In this role, you will ensure patients receive exceptional service from the moment they contact our office through the completion of their visit. You will play a vital part in scheduling care, verifying insurance, and supporting clinical workflow in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment. Schedule: + Monday–Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM + Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM Key Responsibilities + Schedule patient appointments in accordance with clinic policies and provider availability. + Perform insurance verification and confirm coverage prior to scheduled visits. + Gather, input, and update patient information in the EPIC electronic medical record system, including billing, demographic, and registration data. + Collect and enter demographic, insurance, billing, and co‑pay details during patient check‑in to ensure a seamless experience. + Proactively troubleshoot access or scheduling issues and provide solutions for patients and clinical teams. + File, retrieve, and distribute patient information in accordance with departmental workflow. + Process patient forms, letters, and other documentation as needed. + Support overall clinic operations by adapting to changing volumes, staffing needs, and scheduling demands. Required Qualifications + Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices. + 1+ year of healthcare experience (medical office, clinic, or call center). + EPIC experience strongly preferred (minimum 1 year). + Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Neenah, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
