From greeting families to verifying insurance and guiding patients through their journey, you’ll be a key part of creating a healing environment rooted in dignity and respect.
What You’ll Do:
Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
Accurately collect and verify demographic, clinical, and insurance information
Facilitate smooth registration and financial clearance
Provide wayfinding and support to patients and visitors
Enhance the patient experience through every interaction
What You Bring:

Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Schedule:
Full-time | 40 hours/week
Flexible scheduling with some holiday and weekend rotation
Education & Experience:
Knowledge of patient access functions, billing, and customer service preferred
