From greeting families to verifying insurance and guiding patients through their journey, you’ll be a key part of creating a healing environment rooted in dignity and respect.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Welcome patients and families with warmth and professionalism
+ Accurately collect and verify demographic, clinical, and insurance information
+ Facilitate smooth registration and financial clearance
+ Provide wayfinding and support to patients and visitors
+ Enhance the patient experience through every interaction
**What You Bring:**

+ Strong computer skills and comfort with electronic systems
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

**Schedule:**
+ **Full-time | 40 hours/week**
+ Flexible scheduling with some holiday and weekend rotation
**Education & Experience:**
+ Knowledge of patient access functions, billing, and customer service preferred
